Virtual Assets and Transactions

Digital asset transfers to or through Blonix may be treated as completed transactions as described within the Services. You represent and warrant that all assets used are lawfully owned and free from legal claims. Transaction processing times and availability may vary due to network conditions, compliance checks, or operational requirements.

Fees, Limits, and Settlements

Fees, limits, and applicable charges are disclosed within the Services and may include network fees, processing fees, conversion charges, or compliance-related costs. Fees are subject to change.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restricted or suspended access to the Services.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. This includes providing false information, attempting to bypass security controls, or interfering with platform operations. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
