You represent and warrant that all assets used are lawfully owned and free from legal claims. Transaction processing times and availability may vary due to network conditions, compliance checks, or operational requirements.

Fees, limits, and applicable charges are disclosed within the Services and may include network fees, processing fees, conversion charges, or compliance-related costs. Fees are subject to change.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restricted or suspended access to the Services.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. This includes providing false information, attempting to bypass security controls, or interfering with platform operations. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

All trademarks, content, software, and materials associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to Blonix. No rights are granted except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

Any content or feedback you submit may be used by Blonix without restriction or compensation for the purpose of operating, improving, or promoting the Services.
